Anti-IKK beta Antibody

IKK beta antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human IKK beta (Genbank accession NoO14920), which differs from corresponding murine sequence by one amino acid.

~88 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Epitope: Near C-terminus

Purified rabbit polyclonal in buffer containing PBS (pH 7.2) with 0.02% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in Jurkat whole cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis (WB): A 1:500 dilution of this antibody detected IKK beta in Jurkat whole cell lysate.
