Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Polysep™ II filters combine borosilicate glass fiber with mixed esters of cellulose, providing much higher retention efficiency for more critical degrees of prefiltration.
This course provides a basic understanding of mammalian cell line development, mode of culture in the biopharma industry and an introduction to bioreactors and industry applications.
The ImageStream imaging flow cytometer combines the visual power of microscopy with the speed and sensitivity of flow cytometry by digitally imaging cells directly in flow. Reveal biological phenomena using the brightness and location of fluorescence on, in, and between cells - even within rare sub-populations
The ImageStream imaging flow cytometer combines the visual power of microscopy with the speed and sensitivity of flow cytometry by digitally imaging cells directly in flow. The 12 Image Channel option expands the experimental flexibility and analytical potential by doubling the number of images per cell from six to twelve.
The ImageStream imaging flow cytometer combines the visual power of microscopy with the speed and sensitivity of flow cytometry by digitally imaging cells directly in flow. The MultiMag option provides 20X and 60X objective lenses in addition to the standard 40X objective for greater experimental flexibility and improved resolution.
