EMD Millipore’のヒト脂肪間葉系幹細胞（MSC）は、ヒト脂肪組織から単離され、最適な表現型、最高の生存率およびプレーティング効率を保証するために、P2 で凍結保存されています。 ヒト脂肪 MSC の各ロットは、単一ドナーのヒト吸引脂肪組織に由来します。 これらの細胞は、接着細胞単層として増殖し、またin vitroで強い伸長能を示しながら含脂肪細胞、骨芽細胞、および軟骨細胞を含む複数の細胞系統への分化能を維持します。 EMD Millipores’ のヒト脂肪 MSC は、インテグリン CD29、マトリックス受容体 CD44、CD105、間質細胞関連マーカー CD73、CD90、CD166 などの適切な MSC マーカーを一様に発現します。 この細胞は、造血系マーカー CD14、CD31、CD34、CD45 陰性です。

ヒト脂肪間葉系幹細胞は、液体窒素中で保存してください。細胞は、細胞表面マーカー発現や分化能に大きな影響を与えることなく、少なくとも 3 回の継代（または 10 回以上の集団倍加）が可能です。
