General description

This Certified Spiking Solution® is suitable for multiple LC/MS applications in clinical and diagnostic testing and endocrinology. 18-Hydroxycorticosterone is tested along with a panel of other related hormones including cortisol, aldosterone, and 11-deoxycortisol in neonates and children for many endocrine diseases from congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) to various hormone enzyme deficiencies of the adrenal glands and steroid/hormone pathways.
