Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

PCR and related PCR-based techniques, including quantitative PCR and reverse transcriptase PCR , require nuclease-free water to avoid the degradation of the nucleic acid.
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is crucial for amplifying DNA sequences. By optimizing buffer compositions and cycling parameters, we provide the best performing polymerases.
Support every step of your genomic analysis workflow with the groundbreaking SmartFlare™ technology for live cell RNA detection and the molecular biology expertise of Novagen.
Merck today announced an expansion of its distribution alliance with Roche to include the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) enzyme products of Kapa Biosystems, a company acquired by Roche in 2015.
qPCR or real-time quantitative PCR, is a powerful technique for advancing functional genomics. Our qPCR assay kits make it reproducible and standardized.
DNA purification of DNA fragments and subcloning is required in downstream manipulations of PCR products, such as restriction digests, ligation or hybridization.
