Preparation Note
SSPE Buffer 20x contains 0.02M EDTA and 2.98M NaCl in 0.2M phosphate buffer (pH 7.4).

White precipitate/cloudiness may occur after cold shipping/storage due to salt crystallization (normal); re-dissolve by warming at 37 °C for 1–2 h with occasional swirling and use once clear.
