Application

陰イオン界面活性剤

Biochem/physiol Actions

イオン性界面活性剤であるドデシル硫酸ナトリウム（SDS）/ラウリル硫酸ナトリウムには生体膜を乱す能力があります。RNaseおよびデオキシリボヌクレアーゼ（DNase）活性を阻害できます。SDSは、核酸の精製に用いるいくつかの試薬の主成分の1つです。さらに、経口調剤の透過性促進物質であるとも考えられています。
