Biochem/physiol Actions

イリノテカンの活性代謝産物です。トポイソメラーゼIのインヒビターです。SN-38で処理された結腸癌細胞株の遺伝子発現解析により、差別的効果が示されました:影響を受けた遺伝子の大部分はダウンレギュレーションされました。例えば、最も強力にダウンレギュレーションされたのは、受容体およびキナーゼ活性、シグナル伝達、アポトーシス、RNAプロセシング、タンパク質代謝および輸送、細胞周期および転写に関連する遺伝子でした。アップレギュレーションされた遺伝子の一部はアポトーシス、転写、発達、分化に関与していました。
イリノテカンの活性代謝産物です。トポイソメラーゼIインヒビターです。
