General description
Sigma′s Transcript RNA Marker (0.28 – 6.6 kb) contains 9 RNA transcripts from 281 – 6,583 bases. Three μl of the ladder should be diluted in gel loading buffer and then loaded in a single lane on an agarose gel.
Application
非変性・変性アガロ-スゲル電気泳動による低分子RNAのサイズ測定に適しています。推奨アガロ-スゲル濃度は1.0%です。ゲルロ-ディングバッファ-(R4268)で適切な濃度に希釈してご利用ください。臭化エチジウム染色の場合、通常1ウェル当たり3μLで十分観察が行えます。
