General description
ヒト間葉系間質細胞の解離に非酵素的方法を用いると、細胞間接着が外れやすくなり、細胞の機能性、特に細胞表面ケモカイン受容体の発現が維持されます。
Application
接着細胞をプラスチックやガラスの表面から穏やかに剥離するために特別に調製した非酵素試薬です。
Cell Dissociation Solution Non-enzymatic1xは、培養網膜星状細胞、U87膠芽腫細胞、心臓幹細胞（CSC）の解離に使用されています。
