Application

グリセロールは、ポリアクリルアミドゲル電気泳動のためのサンプル調製及びゲル形成の両方に使用します。サンプルがゲルのサンプルウェルの底部で層状になるよう、グリセロール（5～10％）によりサンプル濃度を上昇させます。また、グリセロールは勾配ゲルのキャスティングの補助、並びにタンパク質安定剤及び保存用バッファー成分として使用します。

Biochem/physiol Actions
