General description
このNeutralization Buffer BはSigmaの REDExtract-N-Amp™ Tissue PCRキット用です。本バッファーはDNA抽出物の中和に使用し、REDExtract-N-Amp PCR Reaction MixおよびPCRプライマーと組み合わせて標的DNAの増幅を行います。 REDExtract-N-Ampキットには、各抽出において最低1回の中和に十分な容量のNeutralization Buffer Bが含まれます。 ただし、さらなる増幅が必要な場合には、Neutralization Bufferの追加が必要になる可能性があります。
Application
中和溶液 B は、修正した Sigma Extract-N-Amp™ 抽出法で使用されています。これは、マウスのジェノタイピングにおいて Sigma の REDExtract-N-Amp™ PCR Reaction Mix を用いたポリメラーゼ連鎖反応（PCR）を行う前の DNA 抽出物の中和のためにも使用されています。
