General description

d5-DG ISTD Mix I is a mixture of deuterated glycerolipids meant for use as an internal standard in lipidomics analysis.

Application

d5-DG ISTD Mix I has been used as a lipid internal standard in liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry to study the lipid dysregulation in behavioral variant frontotemporal dementia (bvFTD) and as a quantitative lipid standard to monitor different lipid extract concentrations.
