Anti-TDP-43 Antibody

TDP43 antibody was raised against a 15 amino acid synthetic peptide from near the carboxy terminus of human TDP43.

~30 and ~45 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Epitope: Near C-terminus

Purified rabbit polyclonal in buffer containing PBS (pH 7.2) with 0.02% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in HeLa cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis (WB): 1 μg/mL of this antibody detected TDP-43 in HeLa cell lysate.
