General description

イモビロン®-PSQメンブレンは、タンパク質結合を最大化するために開発された0.2 μmの微小孔性ポリフッ化ビニリデン（PVDF）メンブレンです。このトランスファーメンブレンは、電気泳動ゲルからのタンパク質の電気ブロッティング（または精製済みタンパク質サンプルのドット結合）後の、直接タンパク質シーケンシングと免疫検出に適しています。イモビロン®-PSQメンブレンは、分子量が20 kDa未満のタンパク質に最適なブロッティングを提供します。広い表面積を有し、低分子タンパク質に対して高い結合能を示します。
