Application
Immunocytochemistry Analysis: 4.0 µg/mL from a representative lot detected dUTPase in HeLa and A431 cells.

Purified mouse monoclonal IgG2bκ in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.
Preparation Note

Analysis Note
Evaluated by Western Blotting in A431 and Raji cell lysates.
