Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of death worldwide. In 2012 an estimated 17.5 million people died of CVDs, representing 31% of total global deaths. Heart failure is the leading cause of hospitalization with more than 1 million cases annually in Europe and North America.
Using a 3D cell model of Alzheimer's disease can enhance studies of this form of age-related dementia, characterized by progressive memory loss and cognitive impairment. A recently developed protocol for making such a 3D cell model uses ReNcell® VM human neural stem cells, and the relevant protocols are described here.
Find clinical diagnostics products for a wide variety of viral targets, with proven immunofluorescence sensitivity and state of the art sample collection.
Now that Chemicon® is part of Merck, we offer over twenty years of experience with infectious disease antibodies and kits. Our exclusive Light Diagnostics™ line is recognized as one of the original and leading brands in immunofluorescence diagnostics technology.
Infectious diseases remain among the most important threats to public health. The role of IVD manufacturers in developing trustworthy assays for diagnosing infections has never been more critical. Reliable calibration and quality control materials are essential in this effort.
Our neuroscience multiplex assays reveal the roles of biomarkers in normal and disease states, in the study of neurological disorders like Parkinson's and ALS.
Antibodies and assays are offered with breadth and depth in major research areas: Neuroscience, Epigenetics, Cell Signaling, Cancer and Cell Structure, backed by excellent service and support.
Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology can allow unprecedented, gigabase (gb)-length sequencing of genomic DNA per run. In addition to the utility of NGS in gene target resequencing and deciphering genetic biomarkers in disease, NGS-based applications (such as transcriptomics/RNA-sequencing, ChIP-sequencing, single-cell sequencing) provide a high-resolution, multidimensional approach to linking nucleic acid sequences to cell phenotypes.
Laboratory animals are used for many applications, such as basic research, for teaching purposes, as disease models for drug testing and for toxicology testing.
