Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected TDRD3 in HeLa and MCF7 cell lysate (Yang, Y., et al. (2014) Mol. Cell. 53(3):484-497;Yang, Y., et al. (2010) Mol. Cell. 40(6):1016-1023).
Physical form
Purified mouse monoclonal IgG1κ in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Analysis Note
Evaluated by Western Blotting in HeLa cell lysate.
