Preparation Note
バイアルの内容物を滅菌済みの培地10 mLで再構成します。ストック溶液は、500 mLの培地を調製するのに十分な量です。最終使用濃度:100 μM ヒポキサンチン、0.4 μM アミノプテリン 、16 μM チミジン。
