OverviewCationic lipid formulation that has been designed for efficient transfection of siRNA into a wide variety of mammalian cell lines with extremely low cytotoxicity. The kit contains a second vial, siRNA Diluent (Catalog #20-272), which is used to dilute the siRNA prior to transfection.


There is sufficient siIMPORTER™ siRNA Transfection Reagent and siRNA Diluent to perform at least 200 transfections in a 12, 24, 48 or 96 well plate format using 200 ng of siRNA.
