EX-CELL^® Advanced CHO Feed 1 (without glucose)

EX-CELL^® Advanced CHO Feed 1 (without glucose) is chemically-defined and contains no animal derived components. This feed is intended to be a part of a fed-batch platform, and used with EX-CELL^® Advanced CHO Fed-batch Medium (14366C or 24366C). This platform contains no hypoxanthine andthymidine, L-glutamine, phenol red or 2-mercaptoethanol (2-ME).

EX-CELL^® Advanced CHO Feed 1from SAFC has been specifically developed to support growth and productivityacross a diverse set of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells in fed-batch cultureswhile still allowing for flexibility in the adjustment of protein qualityattributes.

This contemporary fed-batch platform was developed using a strategyof Multivariate Analysis to establish correlations in which the formulationcomponents influence critical process and product attributes such as titer,fold expansion, receptor expression, and glycosylation.

Formulated to contain 34.1 grams of powder per liter of medium.
