Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Singulex® Erenna® Instrument with SMC™ technology quantifies low-abundance biomarkers, on the bench top.
The Erenna® Immunoassay system, originally developed by Singulex®, Inc., accurately, precisely and reliably quantifies low-abundance biomarkers at femtogram/mL concentrations. Ultrasensitive Single Molecule Counting (SMC™) technology enables better science by providing better sensitivity.
Scientists use the Erenna® Immunoassay System when they need:
Quantification of analyte concentration differences, especially at ultrasensitive levels.
Data for biomarkers that were previously undetectable or unquantifiable with traditional immunoassay formats.
Unparalleled precision and accuracy, with lower sample volumes and lower analyte concentrations.
A method to rapidly develop their own assays with their proprietary antibodies and targets.
An enthusiastic partner who will work with them to build assays to suit their discovery needs.
The Erenna® Immunoassay System includes fully integrated benchtop analytical instrumentation with dedicated software for automated data analysis.

Sgx link™ Software: Connecting Users with Data
All Erenna® Immunoassay Systems include proprietary software with a wizard-driven interface for simple operation and analysis of ultrasensitive Erenna® immunoassays. Sgx link™ software allows the user to be in control.
Achieve a 4-log+ linear dynamic range with the SMDCurveFit™ algorithm. This proprietary algorithm combines digital and analog data processing for analysis of baseline and elevated samples in the same run.
Wizard-Driven Interface
Step-by-step guide helps operators complete experiment setup and analysis.
Reusable templates save time and ensure consistent experimental setup.
Multiple Analysis Options
Different curve-fitting modes and outlier removal functions provide fine-tuning control of data analysis (see screenshot to the right).
Variable Data Acquisition Protocols
Read time may be selected (15s – 60s) to best meet your throughput needs and for fit-for-purpose biomarker measurements.
Data Export Options
Automatic generation of final report and multiple file export options help to organize and present data.
User Account and Data Management
Management tools are provided for you to add security and control account privileges to achieve GLP compliance.
SMC™ Immunoassay Kits & Reagents
SMC™ Immunoassay Kits combine a familiar immunoassay workflow, with a 96-well plate option, with Single Molecule Counting technology
SMC™ Immunoassay Kits using Single Molecule Counting (SMC™) technology (developed by Singulex, Inc.) enable you to reach the highest levels of sensitivity possible in an immunoassay format. SMC™ kits contain all reagents required to perform assays on the Erenna® Immunoassay System. These assays take advantage of a standard immunoassay workflow and may be configured with a proprietary paramagnetic microparticle solid phase capture for ultrasensitive biomarker quantification, or in a standard plate format when extreme sensitivity is not required.
Assay protocols are similar to existing sandwich ELISA methods with two key differences:
Elution buffer disrupts the sandwich, separating the labeled detection antibody for quantification.
SMC™ Immunoassay System detects analytes using Single Molecule Counting (SMC™) technology.
