General description

  • Simultaneous determination of eight arginine-related metabolites in cellular extracts using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.: This study explores the usage of the Chromolith® RP-18 endcapped column for precise metabolic profiling, showcasing its effectiveness in analyzing arginine-related metabolites with high resolution and throughput (Amatya et al., 2020).

  • Rapid Determination of 30 Polyphenols in Tongmai Formula, a Combination of Puerariae Lobatae Radix, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, and Chuanxiong Rhizoma, via Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry.: The use of Chromolith® RP-18 endcapped allowed for the fast and efficient separation of polyphenols in complex herbal formulations, illustrating its capabilities in herbal chemistry applications (Wang et al., 2017).
