TrypZean^® Solution, 1×

TrypZean^® solution, 1× is formulated with TrypZean, recombinant bovine trypsin expressed in corn and manufactured utilizing ProdiGene′s proprietary transgenic plant protein expression system. This product is optimized for cell dissociation in both serum-free and serum-supplemented adherent cell cultures.

TrypZean^® Solution, 1× has been used:

• for the suspension of pellet during DNA extraction
• digestion of cells to single-cell suspension for pharmacotyping of 2D cells
• as recombinant trypsin to induce cell division of Vero cells sub cultivated in IPT-AF medium

TrypZean^® Solution provides the following features and benefits:
