General description

Titanium diisopropoxide bis(acetylacetonate) is a stable, organometallic titanium precursor widely used in thin film fabrication, nanomaterials, and catalysis. Its chelating acetylacetonate ligands provide excellent control over hydrolysis, making it ideal for sol-gel and vapor-phase deposition techniques. It is also suitable for non-aqueous applications like solar energy and water treatment.

Application

Titanium diisopropoxide bis(acetylacetonate) is used as a key precursor
  • For fabricating high-quality TiO electron transport layers (ETLs) in inorganic perovskite solar cells, enabling efficient charge extraction and stable device performance through solution-based processing.
  • In the dip-coating of titanium oxide (TiOx) hole-blocking layers, with thermal processing allowing control over thickness, morphology, and electrical properties across various substrates.
