銀粉末は、燃料電池製造用のポリジメチルシロキサン（PDMS）と銀の複合材料の調製に使用されます。銀フィラーを添加すると、高分子複合材料の熱安定性と熱伝導率が向上します。
銀固体アマルガム基板上のビスマス膜電極の合成に使用できます。この電極は、電気化学的に還元可能な有機化合物を検出するセンサーとして使用できます。
また、電磁干渉シールド用のポリフッ化ビニリデン（PVDF）-BaTiO3複合材料の製造にも使用できます。銀粒子の添加により、複合材料の誘電特性とシールド特性が向上します。
