This product contains 10 ml of bioink solution and growth factors PODS packaged separately to allow for optimization.

* Low endotoxin conductive bioink containing visible light photoinitiator
* Human PDGF-BB PODS
* Human VEGF-165 PODS
* Human IGF-1 PODS
Printing and crosslinking parameters:
*Suitable for extrusion-based bioprinting
*Visible light crosslinking at 405 nm wavelength
TissueFab(R) PODS Growth Factor Loaded Bioink kit, vascularization, Vis/405nm is a ready-to-use, GelMA based bioink kit which is formulated for high cell viability, printing fidelity, and is designed for extrusion-based 3D bioprinting and subsequent crosslinking with exposure to 405nm visible light. TissueFab(R) PODS Growth Factor Loaded Bioink kit, vascularization, GelMA Vis/405nm can be used with most extrusion-based bioprinters, is biodegradable and cytocompatible.
Included growth facors, PDGF-BB, VEGF-165, and IGF-1 are known to play crucial roles in promoting vasculogenesis and angiogenesis. Their inclusion with PODS (R) delivery system allows their sustained release within bioprinted constructs and retainment of 70% bioactivity after 6 months. When mixed with the bioink component, the included PODS (R) growth factors can promote angiogenesis.
