18:1リゾPC（1-オレオイル-2-ヒドロキシ-sn-グリセロ-3-ホスホコリン)は、健康ヒトドナーから単離された好酸球に対する18:1リゾPCの作用の研究や、好酸球における脱顆粒関連プロセスに対する18:1リゾPCの作用の試験に用いられています。結合アッセイやカルモジュリン（CaM）標的複合体の平衡蛍光ペプチド結合アッセイで、リゾホスホリピドメディエーターとしても使用できます。

Biochem/physiol Actions

リゾホスファチジルコリン（LPC）は、酸化低密度リポタンパク質（Ox-LDL）によるアテローム作用の主要因子として関わります。分化1（CD1）リガンドの1群としてよく知られています。
