General description
The glucuronide metabolite of a secondary urinary metabolite of JWH-018, a synthetic cannabinoid found in several versions of the herbal mixture "Spice". Illicit use of this Spice cannabinoid centers on its psychoactive effects which mimic those of Δ9-THC in cannabis. This certified Snap-N-Spike® solution is suitable as starting material for calibrators and controls in Spice cannabinoid testing methods by GC/MS or LC/MS for urine drug testing, forensic analysis, and clinical toxicology applications.

The claustrum is a small subcortical nucleus that has extensive excitatory connections with many cortical areas. While the anatomical connectivity from the claustrum to the cortex has been studied intensively, the physiological effect and underlying circuit mechanisms of claustrocortical communication

Cholinergic neurons in the parabigeminal nucleus of the rat midbrain were studied in an acute slice preparation. Spontaneous, regular action potentials were observed both with cell-attached patch recordings as well as with whole cell current-clamp recordings. The spontaneous activity of

Human neural progenitors derived from pluripotent stem cells develop into electrophysiologically active neurons at heterogeneous rates, which can confound disease-relevant discoveries in neurology and psychiatry. By combining patch clamping, morphological and transcriptome analysis on single-human neurons in vitro, we defined

Proper threat-reward decision-making is critical to animal survival. Emerging evidence indicates that the motor system may participate in decision-making but the neural circuit and molecular bases for these functions are little known. We found in C. elegans that GABAergic motor
