Certified Spiking Solution® は、LC-MS/MS による甲状腺ホルモン検査手法のための直線性標準物質、校正物質、またはコントロールの調製における出発物質として適しています。

3,3′,5-トリヨード-L-チロニン（T3）は、脱ヨード酵素 I 型または II 型によって産生される甲状腺ホルモン、かつ活性型 L-チロキシン（T4）です。酸素消費量、糖代謝、タンパク質合成、神経発達などさまざまな生理機能を支えています。遊離および総T3の血清中濃度をLC-MS/MSにより測定し、過剰なT3に起因する甲状腺機能亢進症を判定します。

Application

この認証標準物質（CRM）溶液は、以下の用途に使用できます：

  • 同位体希釈液体クロマトグラフィー-四重極飛行時間（タイムオブフライト）型質量分析（LC-Q-TOF-MS）による胎盤サンプル中の7種類の甲状腺ホルモンの多成分一斉定量
  • 固相抽出（SPE）および超高速液体クロマトグラフィー-エレクトロスプレーイオン化-タンデム質量分析（UPLC-ESI/MS/MS）による、ゼブラフィッシュ幼生における5種類の甲状腺ホルモンのppt分析
