重要性：
Anti-Phosphatidylserineは膜リン酸脂質ホスファチジルセリン（PS）の細胞膜小葉の内側から外側への転位を検出する目的で使用することができます；アポトーシスの定量に使用するアネクシンVの代替法として使用できます。

Phosphatidylserine（PS）はあらゆる植物、動物の膜から検出されるリン酸脂質（1,2-diacyl-sn-glycerol-（3）-L-phosphoserine）です。 PSは神経細胞の脂質含量の約10%を占める物質であり、脳内に最も高濃度で存在します。神経PSは神経細胞の統合性保持、神経伝達信号の効率向上、神経細胞のシグナル伝達に役割を果たすと考えられています。 アポトーシスの重要な特性の１つは、細胞の外膜にPSを発現させることです。 PSは通常は細胞膜の内側に存在しますが、アポトーシスの初期の段階においてPSは外膜へと位置を変えます。FITCラベリングしたアネキシンVは露出したPSと結合する能力を有することから、アネキシンVを応用する大部分のアポトーシスアッセイの基礎となります。

Application
Anti-Phosphatidylserine Antibody、clone 1H6はFC、IHで使用するためのホスファチジルセリンに対する抗体です。
フローサイトメトリー：前回ロットの0.2-2 μg/mLを使用して、Fas Ligand小胞（カタログ番号 01-210）処理後のJurkat細胞の細胞表面ホスファチジルセリンを検出しました。 2ページ参照。
免疫組織染色：この抗体については、エタノール/アセトン固定したラット頸動脈パラフィン切片からホスファチジルセリンが検出されたことが別なラボから報告されています（Mandinov, L., 2003）。
