General description
270kDa、180kDa、80kDa
SMRTは、1495個のアミノ酸であり、2514個のアミノ酸を持つSMRTe（SMRT-extended）には存在しない8アミノ酸配列を持っています。SMRTeは、1,000個のアミノ酸に及ぶN末端配列を持っており、この配列はSMRTには存在していませんが、N-CoRと高い類似性が見られます。SMRTeの発現は、細胞周期進行中には制御されていることから、さまざまなシグナル伝達経路における周期特異的遺伝子発現の制御におけるSMRTeの役割が示唆されます。
