Application
Sodium hydrogen carbonate is a commonly used ingredient in both food and pharmaceutics. In pharmaceutical applications, sodium hydrogen carbonate is used as pH adjuster, or a source of carbon dioxide in oral formulations such as effervescent tablets or granules.
