ウサギ IgG重鎖および軽鎖に特異的です。
General description
免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は、ヒト血清に最も多く含まれるタンパク質の1つであり、正常値は成人血液中8～17 mg/mLです。IgGは微生物に対する防御に重要であり、適応免疫応答の一環としてBリンパ球によって産生されます。IgG分子には2種類の機能があります。応答を誘発した病原体に結合する機能と、抗原を破壊するために他の細胞や分子を動員する機能です。IgGプールの多様性は体細胞組換えによって生じ、ある時点における個体内の特異的なIgGの数は1011バリアントと推定されます。
