General description

高流量アガロースは、標準のアガロースビーズ樹脂よりも圧力耐性の高い高架橋アガロースビーズまたはゲルから成ります。そのため、これらの樹脂は高速タンパク質液体クロマトグラフィー（FPLC）精製法に理想的です。これらは、大規模抗体精製向けの培地として選択されています。本品には、臭化シアンによって高架橋4%アガロースビーズに共有結合されたプロテインGが含まれています。プロテインGクロマトグラフィーで使用されるすべての水性緩衝液中で安定的です。
