General description
Steritest® NEOは、ろ過可能な医薬品の無菌試験用のメンブレンろ過デバイスです。このデバイスにより、取り扱いからトレーサビリティまで、試験のあらゆる側面が簡略化されます。閉じたシステムのため偽陽性が最小限に抑えられ、最高レベルの品質と信頼性が得られます。このデバイスを用いれば、試験作業中に医薬製品を周囲環境に曝すことがありません。この試験システムは、Steritest® Symbioポンプ、専用付属品、および高品質の培養培地と洗浄液とともに使用した場合に、最適かつ完全に法規制を順守した試験作業を可能にします。このデバイスは、無菌希釈液での溶解／希釈を同時に行い、結果として得られた溶液をろ過します。隔壁を備える小型バイアルには、小径のダブルニードルアダプタを用います。赤色のキャニスターベースは、低吸収Durapore®親水性ポリフッ化ビニリデン（PVDF）メンブレンと固有のドレインデザインを示します。これにより製品の突起部が最適化され、微生物増殖が抑えられます。
