Anti-MAP2 Antibody detects level of MAP2 & has been published & validated for use in IC, IH.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:2,000 using 2% paraformaldehyde fixed tissue.

Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000-1:2,000 using 2% paraformaldehyde fixed cells.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Affinity purified chicken immunoglobulin. Two different antibodies were combined to make this product. Liquid in PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.02% sodium azide.
