General description

ヒトコラーゲン IV 型は、皮膚の基底膜に主に含まれる主要な構造要素です。これは、2 つのα 1 様遺伝子と 1 つの α2 様遺伝子を含む天然の三重らせんおよびヘテロ三量体タンパク質です。4 型コラーゲンは、脂肪細胞、骨格筋細胞、心筋細胞、平滑筋細胞などの特定の細胞タイプの周囲に存在する多細胞組織でシート状の細胞外マトリックスを形成します。 ヒトコラーゲン IV は、洗浄した解剖組織から、穏やかなペプシン処理後に希酢酸に抽出されます。コラーゲン 4 型は、差別塩沈殿法を使用して精製されました。天然のらせん構造の純度と保持は、SDS-PAGE および抗コラーゲンタイプ特異的モノクローナル抗体との反応によって制御されました。分子量：300 kDa、溶解性：10mg/mL 製品ソース： ヒト胎盤、HBsAg および HIV 抗体に対して陰性
