Application

ほとんどのin vitroアプリケーションにおいて、EGFは0.5～25.0 ng/mLの濃度範囲で生物活性を示します。反応する細胞は以下のとおりです（部分的なリスト）：表皮中皮細胞

Physical form

滅菌ろ過済みの10 mMリン酸ナトリウム溶液（pH 7.5、保存剤無添加）の凍結乾燥品。

Preparation Note

凍結乾燥EGFは室温では安定ですが、 -20℃で乾燥状態で保存するのが最良です。 水を用いて0.1～1.0 mg/mLの濃度に溶解します。この溶液を他の緩衝液で希釈し、4℃で1週間、または後日使用する場合は-20℃で保存することができます。溶解後は、未希釈液として-20℃で最長1年間保存できます。

Analysis Note

比活性：ヒトEGFは標準物質と比較して十分に生物学的活性を示します。BALB/c3T3細胞に対する用量依存的なマイトジェン活性によって判定されるED50は0.1 ng/mL以下です。
