General description

Immobilon®-FL 転写メンブレンは、疎水性ポリフッ化ビニリデン（PVDF）微孔性メンブレンで、さまざまなゲルマトリックスからのタンパク質の転写に使用されます。この転写メンブレンは、生体分子に対する高い結合能と、均一に制御された孔構造が特徴です。メンブレンは、幅広い励起／発光波長にわたって非常に低い自己蛍光を示します。Immobilon®-FL メンブレンの公称孔径は 0.45 μm であり、分子量 20,000 ダルトンを超えるタンパク質のブロッティングに最適です。
