General description

Immobilon®-PSQメンブレンはポリフッ化ビニリデン（PVDF）製の0.2 μmの微小孔メンブレンです。タンパク質結合率を最大化するために開発されました。Immobilon®-PSQメンブレンは、電気泳動ゲル（または精製タンパク質サンプルのドット結合）からタンパク質をエレクトロブロッティングした後の直接的なタンパク質配列決定および免疫検出に推奨され、特に分子量20,000未満のタンパク質に適しています。このメンブレンは、タンクおよびセミドライエレクトロブロッティングシステムと互換性があります。
