抗ビメンチン抗体 クローンV9は、ビメンチンに対する抗体であり、IC、IH、IH（P）、WBで使用できます。
Biochem/physiol Actions
57～60 kDaのタンパク質を認識します。デスミンおよびGFAPなど、その他の密接に関連する中間径フィラメントタンパク質との交差反応を示しません。本試薬は、組織切片では結合組織、内皮細胞、血管平滑筋細胞、星状膠細胞に陽性反応を示します。組織培養では、線維芽細胞やその他の細胞型において、ビメンチンを含む典型的な中間径フィラメントのプロファイルが認められます。
General description
57～60 kDa
ビメンチンは間葉細胞の中間径フィラメントの主要サブユニットタンパク質です。核－細胞膜間のタンパク質の細胞内輸送にも関わっていると考えられています。また、脂肪滴を含むステロイド産生用コレステロールの貯蔵ネットワークとして役割を果たすことによる、ステロイド合成速度への関与が示唆されています。ビメンチンに対する免疫組織染色は、一般に陰性である腫瘍と比較して、肉腫（神経、筋、線維芽細胞由来）に特徴的です。黒色腫、リンパ腫、血管腫瘍はいずれもビメンチンに染色される可能性があります。
