General description

50 kDa
微小管は、分裂装置、繊毛、鞭毛の構成要素であり、細胞骨格の要素です。主に、α-およびβ-チューブリンという2つの可溶性タンパク質（いずれも約55,000 kDa）からなります。 βチューブリンに対する抗体は、ウェスタンブロッティングのローディングコントロールとして使用できます。ただし、β-チューブリンのレベルは特定の細胞で安定しない場合があるため注意が必要です。例えば、脂肪組織でのチューブリンの発現は非常に低いため、β-チューブリンをこれらの組織のローディングコントロールとして使用しないでください。
