They facilitate communication between immune cells, influencing the activation, proliferation, and differentiation of various immune cell types. Key cytokines include interleukins (such as IL-2 and IL-4) and interferons, which help orchestrate both innate and adaptive immune responses in mice.

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 18 analytes in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.
