General description
ノイラミニダーゼは、オリゴ糖、多糖類、ムコ多糖類、糖タンパク質、および糖脂質にα2,3-、 α2,6-、またはα2,8-結合（比率： α2,6 >α2,3 >α2,8）しているN末端‐またはO‐末端アシルノイラミン酸を加水分解します。注目すべきことに、糖脂質の加水分解には界面活性剤の存在が必要です。本酵素は基質特異性が広いので、様々な生物試料の糖抱合体からシアル酸を完全に除去することに非常に適しています。
本製品は、以下の分子量値を有するイソ酵素（L、M1、M2およびS）の混合物です。 ～52 kDa、66 kDaおよび88 kDa。

Biochem/physiol Actions
Gal、GlcNAc、GalNAc、AcNeu、GlcNeu、オリゴ糖、糖脂質、または糖タンパク質にα2,3-、α2,6-、またはα2,8-結合した末端シアル酸残基を切断します。三糖類および四糖類の結合について明らかにした開裂の相対率は、α2,6 >α2,3 >α2,8です。
