Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
リゾチームは、ムコ多糖のN-アセチル-D-グルコサミン残基とN-アセチルムラミン酸残基（GlcNAc β1-4Mur）との間の結合および対応するペプチドグリカンのグリカン骨格を加水分解的に切断します（後者はペプチド鎖に結合または架橋したグリコサミノグリカン）。リゾチームは、細菌の細胞壁を効果的に破壊します。
Preparation Note
2〜8℃で保存します。（乾いた状態で保存してください！）
ワーキング溶液：リゾチームヒドロクロライドは水や緩衝液溶液には容易に溶けますが、有機溶媒には溶けません。
保存条件（ワーキング溶液）：-15～-25℃
塩酸塩（ヒドロクロライド）の水溶液（2 mg/mLの蒸留水水溶液）は、2～8℃で数日間、または-15～-25℃で数週間保存できます。

Other Notes
1 Shugar単位は、10 mmの光路長に対して450 nmの波長での初期吸光度が0.750であるpH 7.0のMicrococcus luteusの懸濁液1 mL中の酵素の量であり、吸光度は毎分0.001の割合で減少します。すべての測定は+25℃の温度で行います。
