General description
この遺伝子は、胚発生の調節および細胞運命の決定に関与する転写因子のSOX（SRY関連HMGボックス）ファミリーのメンバーをコードします。コードされたタンパク質は、他のタンパク質とタンパク質複合体を形成した後、転写活性化因子として機能する可能性があります。このタンパク質は核細胞質シャトルタンパク質として機能し、神経堤および末梢神経系の発達に重要です。この遺伝子の変異は、ワールデンブルグ・シャー病とワールデンブルグ・ヒルシュスプルング病に関連しています。 （Ref Seqにより提供）
フルオレセインは、過酷な条件下で無水フタル酸と縮合したm-ジアルキルアミノフェノールまたはレゾルシノールから合成されます。 FabフラグメントはGタンパク質と結合します。

標準溶液：100 mM Tris-HCl、150 mM NaCl、pH 7.5.必要に応じて、1% ブロッキング試薬 (w/v)、乾燥粉末ミルク、1～5%加熱不活性化ウシ胎仔血清(v/v)またはヒツジ正常血清を、非特異的結合減少のために使用することができます。
