- デベロップメントチューブは、抗マウスIg抗体でプレコーティングされたラテックスビーズの凍結乾燥品を含みます
- アイソタイピングストリップは、サブクラスおよび軽鎖特異的な抗マウスIg抗体でプレコーティングされています。
Application
本キットは、マウスモノクローナル抗体（イムノグロブリン）のクラス、サブクラス、および軽鎖タイプの迅速な同定に使用されます。
Biochem/physiol Actions
ラテックスビーズに結合させた抗マウス抗体は、アイソタイプに関係なく、すべてのマウスモノクローナル抗体と反応します。ストリップに固定化されたヤギ抗マウス抗体は、一般的な各マウス抗体アイソタイプ（IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、IgG3、IgM、およびIgA）および軽鎖に、特異的に結合します。

Preparation Note
ワーキング溶液：サンプルを希釈します
- 必要な数のアイソタイピングストリップをキャニスターから取ります。同数のデベロップメントチューブの蓋を取ります。
チューブは区別できるように鉛筆かサインペンでラベリングします。 - マウスモノクローナル抗体を含むサンプルを、1% BSA/リン酸緩衝食塩水（PBS）、pH 7.2～7.6で希釈します。
培養上清サンプルは、1：10～1：100に希釈してください。腹水サンプルは1：20,000に希釈してください。これらは推奨の希釈率であり、使用するサンプル中の抗体濃度によっては異なる場合があります。メルクの経験では、希釈サンプルのモノクローナル抗体
濃度が0.1～1 g/mLで最良の結果が得られます。この希釈サンプル150 mLを、デベロップメントチューブに加えます。
