General description
ブロッキング溶液を除き、10倍濃縮緩衝液は、滅菌済再蒸留水（本セットに含まれていません）で所望の濃度に希釈します。
DIG -（ジゴキシゲニン）標識プローブを免疫学的に検出するための洗浄、ブロッキングおよび検出緩衝液（10倍濃縮）。

ワーキング溶液：dATP、dGTP、dTTP混合液：
1つの標識反応につき、1本の反応バイアルに以下のものをピペットでとります：
1 μL dATP、（バイアル2）
1 μL dGTP、（バイアル4）
1 μL dTTP、（バイアル5）
。
注：同じ種類の標識されたデオキシリボヌクレオシド三リン酸を繰り返し使用する場合、便宜上、他の3種のデオキシリボヌクレオシド三リン酸の等量混合物を調製することを推奨します。
保存条件（ワーキング溶液）：

- オートクレーブ滅菌する場合：保存溶液は、未開封なら室温で開封後は2～8℃で数日間～1週間保存できます。あるいは、アリコートに分けて-15～-25℃で6ヵ月間まで保存できます。
