General description
ジゴキシゲニンは核酸標識や検出システムで有用なハプテンです。ジゴキシゲニンで標識したプローブの感度は放射性標識プローブと同様に高く、迅速に検出することができます。ジゴキシゲニンの危険性は低く、有効期間は長いです。本製品には、重合西洋ワサビペルオキシダーゼと結合した、ポリクローナル抗ジゴキシゲニン抗体由来のFabフラグメントが含まれています。
Application
抗ジゴキシゲニン-POD（poly）、Fabフラグメントは、下記の技術でジゴキシゲニン標識化合物を検出するために使用されています：

Biochem/physiol Actions
羊由来ポリクローナル抗体はジゴキシゲニンおよびジゴキシンに特異的であり、ヒトエストロゲンやアンドロゲンなど他のステロイドと交差反応性を示しません。
Preparation Note
実用濃度：結合体の実用濃度は適用や基質に依存します。以下に示す濃度を指針としてください：
標準溶液：100 mM Tris-HCl、150 mM NaCl、pH 7.5.
1% ブロッキング試薬 (w/v)、1～5%濃度の熱処理したウシ胎仔血清（v/v）または通常のヒツジ血清を用いて非特異的な結合を減らすことができます。
- ドットブロット法：50～100 mU/mL
- ELISA：2～50 mU/mL
- ウェスタンブロッティング：50～100 mU/mL
- サザンブロッティング：50～100 mU/mL
標準溶液：100 mM Tris-HCl、150 mM NaCl、pH 7.5.
1% ブロッキング試薬 (w/v)、1～5%濃度の熱処理したウシ胎仔血清（v/v）または通常のヒツジ血清を用いて非特異的な結合を減らすことができます。
最終濃度が50 U/mLとなるよう1 mLの再蒸留水を加えます。
